General

What is LearnTrust certification?
LearnTrust certification is a UK-based quality assurance process that validates training centres against international educational standards. Our certification helps centres demonstrate their commitment to quality education through recognised UK certification.
How long is the certification valid?
LearnTrust certification is valid for three years from the date of issue, with annual reviews to maintain standards. Your expiry date will be clearly shown on your certificate and dashboard.
Who can apply for certification?
Any established training centre committed to quality education can apply. We particularly welcome international centres looking to demonstrate their commitment to UK educational standards.

Application Process

What documents do I need to submit?
You need to submit five key document categories: 1) Curriculum Documentation (course outlines, learning objectives), 2) Staff Qualifications (CVs, certificates), 3) Facilities Documentation (photos, equipment lists), 4) Quality Assurance Policy, and 5) Learner Assessment Methods. A detailed checklist is provided during application.
How long does the certification process take?
The review process typically takes 3-5 working days once all documents are submitted. After approval, your certificate is issued within 24 hours of completing the certification fee payment.
What are the costs involved?
The standard certification fee is £1,000, but we currently offer a special rate of £250 to support global training standards. You only pay after approval - there are no application or assessment fees, ensuring a risk-free application process.

Assessment & Standards

What standards do you assess?
We assess five key areas: Curriculum & Learning Materials (including teaching methods and materials), Staff Qualifications (including CVs and certificates), Facilities & Resources (including photos and equipment), Quality Assurance Systems, and Student Assessment Methods. Each must meet UK educational benchmarks.
How are applications evaluated?
Our expert panel reviews each document category against specific criteria. We check course materials, staff qualifications, facility standards, quality assurance processes, and assessment methods. We may request virtual facility tours if needed.
What happens if we don't meet the standards?
If your centre doesn't meet our standards initially, we provide detailed feedback on specific areas needing improvement. You can make the necessary changes and resubmit documents at no additional cost. Our goal is to help you succeed.
