These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LearnTrust's certification services and website. By accessing our services or submitting an application for certification, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

• • Training Centre refers to any educational institution seeking or holding our certification.
• • Certification refers to the quality assurance status granted by LearnTrust.

3. Certification Process

The certification process includes:

• • Document submission in five key areas: Curriculum, Staff Qualifications, Facilities, Quality Assurance, and Assessment Methods
• • Review and assessment within 5 working days
• • Virtual facility assessments when required
• • Payment only upon successful approval

4. Training Centre Obligations

Certified training centres must:

• • Maintain and update documentation as required
• • Provide accurate information during application and renewal
• • Notify LearnTrust of significant changes to staff, facilities, or curriculum
• • Complete annual renewal process
• • Use certification status and logo appropriately

5. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure is designed to be transparent and risk-free:

• • Standard certification fee: £1,000 (Currently offered at £250)
• • No application or assessment fees
• • Payment only required after approval
• • Annual renewal fees apply

6. Intellectual Property

The LearnTrust name, logo, and certification materials are protected intellectual property. Certified centres may use these as specified in our brand guidelines while their certification remains valid.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all information provided during the certification process. However, we reserve the right to:

• • Publish the certification status of training centres
• • Share information with regulatory authorities if required by law
• • Use anonymised data for research and improvement of our services

8. Term and Termination

Certification terms:

• • Initial certification valid for 12 months
• • Annual renewal required to maintain certification
• • Certification may be revoked for non-compliance or ethical violations
• • Right to appeal revocation decisions

9. Limitation of Liability

LearnTrust's liability is limited to the fees paid for certification services. We are not liable for consequential damages or third-party claims against certified centres.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice to certified centres. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
